CAST:
Steffanie Leigh (Mary Poppins), Chuck Rea (u/s Bert), Carly Paige Baron (Jane Banks), Aidan Gemme (Michael Banks), Tom Souhrada (u/s George Banks), Megan Osterhaus (Winifred Banks), Julie Barnes (u/s Miss Lark), James Hindman
NOTES:
MISSING PART 8 & PART 9 Understudy night. Act 1 is complete, slightly shaky but nothing too bad. There are a few blackouts, mostly nothing longer than a few seconds, and some wandering during Being Mrs Banks, as the kid in front kept standing up. It is rather annoying to film with so many kids in the audience but I did the best I could and its mostly good and quite focused. Act 2 starts in the middle of Brimstone and Treacle (so its missing 3 minutes), but is a much better shot with few obstructions as I moved. Some wide shots for the sets and choreography, and close ups when necessary. A

Crystal Clear Picture and sound. For some reason I enjoy the London production better than the Broadway one. Gavin is wonderful and Rebecca does a charming job as the understudy for Mary. A

Possibly 17th Sep 2008. Some changes were made to this touring performance. Some of the magic is changed (particularly in the song 'Practically Perfect' and also the song 'Temper, Temper' was put back into the show. Filming is fantastic and near perfect with no spotlight washouts or blackouts. The audience is extremely enthusiastic at this performance.
